"A Decade of Silent Love—Exposed by the Bullet Screens"
Chapter 5
Qin Heye sensed the strangely unreadable expression on Shi Ning's face. He stiffened further. "I'm leaving," he announced, his voice flat. "I won't be back tonight either ."
Shi Ning was still plotting how to torment Qin Heye, to finally witness him "cry like a kettle." Before she could devise a plan, she watched him turn and leave, his figure framed by shimmering golden lines of barrage comments.
*[The big villain came back to catch the adultery, and he just left like that?]
*[The big villain is gone, so what about my forced love meat dishes? No broth was given, are you going to starve the readers to death? This is abuse of readers! Protest!]
The lewd remarks faded, replaced by crucial spoilers.
*[Shi Ning drove Shen Xizhou away, all for Qin Heye to see, just to please him, and then get company secrets, it's not worth Qin Heye's love for her.]
*[Qin Heye knew Shi Ning's purpose, but he didn't expose her. Later, he let her take away the company secrets, just so that she wouldn't divorce. He really loved her.]
*[If possible, Qin Heye is a humble licker who will do three for love!]
*[Shi Ning, come on and die, accelerate Qin Heye's blackening value.[Read More Here]
I don't feel the male and female protagonists in this book. The forced love between the villain and the female supporting role is the motivation for me to keep reading. Give me as much sex as you can!]
From the torrent of vulgar and suggestive words, Shi Ning finally pieced together the reason for Qin Heye's "anger." So, she was supposed to be buttering him up for Shen Xizhou, planning to extract company secrets and ultimately cripple the Qin Group?
How was that even possible?!
She was Mrs. Qin! The Qin Group's assets were marital property; she owned half! What a ludicrous plot—abandoning tens of billions of yuan for a scumbag? And Qin Heye, the "villain," would actually allow her to steal his money to support an outsider? What kind of god-tier "love brain" was this? You couldn't dig up such pure, unadulterated devotion in a decade of mining!
Shi Ning was speechless. She watched Qin Heye walk away without a backward glance, clearly not intending to seek an explanation from her. She pressed a hand to her forehead. "I was going to explain to you, but since you're not angry, forget it."
Qin Heye, who had just reached the door, suddenly froze. He turned, looking back at Shi Ning. "What did you say?"
Hearing his indifferent tone once more, Shi Ning's lips twitched in exasperation. She repeated, her voice laced with annoyance, "I was going to explain to you about Shen Xizhou, but since you're not angry and don't care, forget it!"
Qin Heye remained by the door, his eyes, deep and probing, fixed on Shi Ning. Shi Ning had no desire to repeat herself a third time. She was too fed up with this alluring man who clearly felt discomfort but refused to admit it! She turned back to her cartoons, grabbing a bag of potato chips and crunching on them loudly.
A long silence stretched between them.
Then, heavy footsteps began to approach. Qin Heye's tall figure stopped beside her. "I still have five minutes," he stated, his voice calm. "You can explain it."
Shi Ning didn't even glance at him, matching his indifference. "You're not angry, so why should I explain?"
Qin Heye: "..."
Silence once more. Then, after a long moment, he pursed his lips. "A little," he admitted, almost imperceptibly.
Shi Ning's eyebrow quirked. She looked at him. "Just a little? Then I won't explain. It's a waste of saliva."
Qin Heye stared at her, his lips pressed even tighter. His voice dropped lower, feigning nonchalance and seriousness. "A little bit of anger next to the single digit."
"A little bit of anger?" she prodded.
Qin Heye nodded, his face still cold. "Yeah."
Shi Ning fought a smile. Her eyebrow rose. "So angry, then you cry for me to see?" Her curiosity was uncontainable. "Cry like a kettle?"
Qin Heye frowned, his face hardening, his entire presence growing even colder.
*[Hahaha, is Shi Ning teasing the villain? Seeing his guilty look, the tip of his ears are red.]
*[Come on, female supporting role, bully the villain to tears quickly. If you can reverse it, use his customized gold chain, gold bracelet, and small golden whip to bully the villain to tears, it will really make me happy.]
Shi Ning sensed she had teased him enough. She didn't dare to truly provoke this formidable villain. She stood, looking up at Qin Heye. He was so tall that her gaze barely reached his chin. Her breath, exhaled close to him, occasionally brushed against his distinctly masculine Adam's apple, making it subtly shift.
Qin Heye lowered his head, his eyes flickering to Shi Ning's close, red lips. His body became rigid, the corners of his eyes flushed crimson, and he quickly turned his head away, waiting in taut silence.
Shi Ning lifted her hand, pinching Qin Heye's chin, forcing his face to turn towards hers. She met his gaze, her voice serious. "Qin Heye."
His face remained as cold as ice. "Yeah."
*[The villain wouldn't think that the female supporting role was going to kiss him forcibly? Looking at his worthless expectation, his mouth was almost pouted like a pot spout.]
*[It's just pinching the chin, look at how the villain was teased, he kept swallowing his saliva, and his Adam's apple became a slide.]
*[She is worthy of being a vicious female supporting role.[Read More Here]
The scene of pinching the chin and teasing the villain is so astringent!]
[This villain is worthless. She just pinched his chin. Why does he hold an umbrella? And he holds it so high!]
[? ? ? It's not raining. Besides, this is also an indoor living room. Is the villain stupid? Why does he need an umbrella?]
*[Sit at the children's table.]
Shi Ning: "..." She hadn't meant to tease him! as she glanced down, a swift blush rising to her cheeks, before looking back up at Qin Heye. The barrage had shattered the moment, undermining her dominant aura.
Still, she explained, earnestly and sincerely. "Qin Heye, I don't like Shen Xizhou anymore! I won't be in a hurry to divorce you." She continued, her gaze firm. "In the future, I won't do anything to hurt you or do anything that is detrimental to the Qin Group for Shen Xizhou."
Qin Heye's pupils dilated, his body stiffening imperceptibly. Then, he simply nodded. "Hmmm."
Shi Ning reached up, adjusting his tie. "Since we are not getting divorced, we are husband and wife." She looked directly at him. "If I do something that makes you angry in the future, you can ask me, and you must listen to my explanation." She had no desire for misunderstandings, no wish to be imprisoned in some "forced love" scenario. Reading about it was one thing; experiencing it would have her calling the police and booking a night train out of there.
Qin Heye lowered his head, watching Shi Ning's pale fingers straighten his tie. His eyes were deep. "Okay."
Shi Ning felt a final coaxing gesture was necessary for this complex villain. She tugged his tie gently, rose onto her tiptoes, and her red lips brushed softly against the corner of his. She lowered her eyes, gazing at his now soft lips. "Mr. Qin," she murmured, "you will believe Mrs. Qin, right?"
Qin Heye's Adam's apple bobbed even more profoundly. "Yeah."
Then, with an abrupt movement, he pushed Shi Ning away, turned, and strode swiftly from the room. In the blink of an eye, he was in his car, and the vehicle sped off in a cloud of dust, leaving only a lingering shadow.
Shi Ning: "???" Was she some man-eating witch? He fled so quickly; how could this possibly be love?
*[If Qin Heye doesn't walk faster, the umbrella will burst!]
["Back when the supporting female wasn’t ‘evil,’ she was pure as sugar. She flirted with the villain without realizing he was ready to flip the script. If he hadn’t been afraid of breaking her, he would’ve already stormed the bedchamber instead of the palace."]
*[Did Qin Heye really believe Shi Ning's lies? She was just trying to make him happy and pave the way for obtaining company secrets!]
*[As long as Shi Ning said it, even if it was a lie, Qin Heye would believe it. He loved her so much!]
A fresh wave of "big yellow girls" flooded the barrage. Shi Ning desperately wanted to shout, This isn't a no-man's land, show some restraint! And also, Even if it's a lie, Qin Heye will believe her! What a false premise! In the end, he still didn't believe her! Shi Ning felt a surge of indignation!

The car vanished completely, and with it, the barrage.
In the evening, a slender figure in white appeared hurriedly at the hall's entrance. It was Shi Qingyin. She rushed in, taking Shi Ning's hand. "Something happened at home, sister, come with me."
And just like that, the vanished barrage flickered back into existence.
